Meet Alissar
For over two decades, Alissar led transformations and teams inside Fortune 500 organizations, and along the way, she learned where transformation actually lives or dies. It’s rarely in the strategy deck, but rather in the speed of decisions, the clarity of communication, and the capacity of the people who have to carry the work forward.
Today, she brings that hard-won experience to clients around the world through Malachite Consulting, the advisory practice she founded to help leaders, teams, and organizations move bold ideas into lasting impact.
Alissar is known for reading rooms, connecting patterns, and cutting through complexity. Her philosophy is simple: clarify, simplify, amplify. The result is faster decisions, aligned teams, and outcomes that actually stick.
She leads with authenticity. She’ll often tell you she’s Jordanian, because her human-first mindset and sense of hospitality are what set her style apart. Clients trust the results, but it’s how she makes them feel that they remember.
Beyond the work, she’s a writer, a dancer, an excellent cook, and a traveler who believes human connection is the heartbeat of any real change. She lives in New Orleans with her husband, two children, and one very loving dog.

Isra’a brings a dynamic mix of executive support, event coordination, and client experience, with a natural ability to thrive in fast-moving environments. Her background spans roles at TotalEnergies Jordan, Falcon Brokers in Cyprus, and the Crowne Plaza Resort in Petra.
She’s known for her ease with people and her ability to keep things moving, whether coordinating projects, managing events, or supporting day-to-day operations. Fluent in English and Arabic, with proficiency in French, she brings strong cultural awareness to everything she does.
Outside of work, Isra’a enjoys swimming, traveling, and a good self-development read.
